As a result of being sold short, let down, ripped off, and suffering just a plain lack of service by three previous companies who’s attitude was “we have your money now try and get what you have paid for”. I searched for an Internet service provider that would do what was asked of them.I found DESIGN-WEB, thank goodness, even though my website is a transferred site and not one which has been designed by design web the transfer was seamless without causing any loss of business, they have done exactly what they said they would and more.
As for service I am treated as though I was their only client, fantastic, nothing is too much trouble, very helpful, swift answers to queries, and no one talks down to me, easily understood instructions not internet gobbledegook and then left to get on with it.
The company have been patient and understanding, giving guidance and valuable advice which I much appreciate. Overall they give great customer service and represent great value for money, I highly recommend the company.
