Mailshot Functionality
The mailshot feature will allow you to keep in regular contact with your customer base. Visitors to your website will be able to subscribe to the mailshot via your public website.After you have clicked into the “Subscribers” link you will see a list of all subscribers within your database. Subscribers can be hidden from the mailshot by changing their status from live (a green tick) to hidden (a red cross). If you want to delete a subscriber you can do so by clicking on the delete icon.
Click “Add a new subscriber” to manually add someone to your mailing list. You can choose to complete as many of the fields for each subscriber as you wish. (The public website by default may only require a name and email address to subscribe.)
