Since we asked DesignWeb to develop our estate agency website some years ago we have had in excess of 200,000 visitors. At present we range from 390 to 490 visitors every day of the week, with an average of 2,824 webpages viewed each day. Our aim is to continue to grow these visitor numbers over the coming months through additional Search Engine Optimisation and Marketing services with DesignWeb.Whilst many estate agents have to update their own websites manually with data from their own in-house software, our exported CFP WinMan and WinEstate data is published on the public website at the click of the button. We also have the facility to upload floor plans and pdf brochures to the website and are considering including panoramas / virtual tours onto the site at our next scheduled meeting.
The Content Management System is easy top use and allows us to keep our site content fresh whilst also benefiting the website with our search engine positioning. Last month we had visitors referred by Google, MSN, Yahoo, AOL, YELL, Ask as well as a significant number of Property Portals that we have promoted ourselves too.
