Sending a Mailshot
As soon as you are happy with the formatting of the mailshot, click back on the “Subscribers” link. We recommend that you send a test email before you send the email to your subscribers list. To do this you can choose to send the email to your own email address (the address you used to login to the system) or alternatively another address that you can add into the blank text field. Click “Go” to send the email.Open up your email client (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Entorage etc) and download your messages.
Once you are satisfied with the content and formatting of the email, you can click on the “Send the Mailshot” link to send to your subscriber list. (Only those with green ticks alongside their email address will receive the mailshot)
