vague) business model. Six weeks later we were online, with a fully
functioning and extremely attractive website, which has since attracted a
volume of traffic far beyond our expectations. They are a young, dynamic and

Under the latest marketing strategy, Pinacl Solutions knew that the existing website and their Internet presence needed to be updated. As the website had not been changed since 2007, it was important to focus the key marketing messages on Managed Services and service delivery as a driver for securing future contracts. Pinacl Solutions had also just won a long term, multi-million managed services contract with the City of York and wanted to maximise on the publicity for this win.
Pinacl Solutions choose to work with DesignWeb who have excellent website design & development experience as well as a bespoke content management system and knowledge of search engine optimisation. As Mark Lowe, Sales and Marketing Director, Pinacl Solutions explains;
“We had a number of key requirements for the new website. In particular, we wanted to have the ability to update the latest news, events and case studies sections as and when required and this would be achievable via DesignWeb’s bespoke CMS software. With regards to the design the only stipulation was to keep the Pinacl Solutions logo the same!”

Being in the IT industry it was also important that we had a live support facility integrated into our website to offer our current clients instant assistance, whilst being available for prospective clients too. DesignWeb have been available at a moments notice throughout the websites development and have continued their support after the launch.
Design Options
Working through the design options created a backdrop for Pinacl Solutions to showcase some of their key customers through the use of rotating images on the home page as well as new template design that can be used with other marketing materials and sales collateral. Another aspect of the website highlighted the longevity of Pinacl Solutions – in Key Milestones - and details both the company history and significant contract wins.
